Personal Training Session Package Purchases
Effective Date: 1/01/2026
Session Packages
All session packages are non-transferable and may only be used by the purchasing client. Sessions are non-refundable once purchased. Packages of 1, 6, 12 and 24 sessions must be used within the designated timeframe from the date of purchase (specified below). Unused sessions that expire within the designated timeframe will be forfeited without refund.
Scheduling
Sessions must be scheduled in advance through the Iron Rx calendar booking system. Session availability is subject to trainer availability and is not guaranteed on specific dates or times. Iron Rx, LLC reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to trainer illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the client will be notified as soon as possible and offered an alternative appointment.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will result in the session being forfeited and deducted from the client's package. No-shows will be treated as a late cancellation and the session will be deducted from the client's package without refund. Exceptions may be made at the sole discretion of Iron Rx, LLC in the case of a documented emergency.
Late Arrivals
If a client arrives late to a scheduled session, the session will end at the originally scheduled time. The remaining session time will not be extended or refunded.
Package Expiration
1 Session Package — valid for 45 days (1.5 months) from date of purchase
6 Session Package — valid for 60 days (2 months) from date of purchase
12 Session Package — valid for 120 days (4 months) from date of purchase
24 Session Package — valid for 180 days (6 months) from date of purchase
These packages reflect a realistic training frequency and exist to promote consistency towards the client's goals. Expiration dates will not be extended except as outlined in the Medical Pause policy below or at the sole discretion of Iron Rx, LLC.
Medical Pause Policy
If a client is unable to attend sessions due to a documented medical condition, illness, or injury, Iron Rx, LLC may pause the client's package expiration period upon receipt of written notice and supporting documentation from a licensed medical professional. The pause period will begin on the date the documentation is received and will resume once the client is cleared to return. Medical pauses are subject to approval at the sole discretion of Iron Rx, LLC.

By completing this purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. You understand that Iron Rx, LLC reserves the right to update these terms at any time with reasonable notice provided to active clients.
